Payment and Delivery

The product will not be sent to the user until the total amount of the purchased product is paid to AS KARE.
By accepting this agreement, the user accepts and undertakes to fulfill any tax liability and/or legal obligations that may arise between them. Unless otherwise stated, all fees to be charged for the services on the website will be calculated and collected in Turkish Lira.

The user is responsible for all bank commissions, BSMV, VAT, taxes, stamps, duties, etc. that may arise from the trade and buying and selling carried out on the website. accepts and undertakes to make other legal and financial payments to AS KARE or relevant institutions.

AS KARE is not responsible under any circumstances for technical malfunctions or erroneous transactions of banks and third party organizations that provide credit card payment services. AS KARE may ask the user to verify the credit card when deemed necessary for payments made by credit card. The user is obliged to provide all documents requested by AS KARE for credit card security. AS KARE may cancel credit card transactions that do not comply with security criteria and take legal action without giving any reason.

Unless stated otherwise, product delivery will be made directly via our warehouse to an address within the borders of Turkey given by the user. An informative e-mail will be sent to the user when the product is shipped. Delivery times may vary and the stated delivery time is only a guide and is not guaranteed.AS KARE shall have the right to work with third parties to fulfill its contractual obligations, without the obligation to inform the buyer.

The user who purchases the product is obliged to check the product in the presence of the cargo officer before receiving the product and, in case of damage to the product, to have the damage to the product determined with a report by the cargo officer. For a product that is found to be damaged either during the delivery phase or later, the user must immediately contact AS KARE and report the damage to AS KARE, stating the serial number of the product. The product will be returned with the return number provided to it by AS KARE. Return costs of damaged products will be borne by AS KARE. AS KARE will determine the cause of the damage as a result of the tests it will carry out after receiving the damaged product and, if deemed appropriate, will replace the product with a new one.

Open and check the packages you think were damaged during shipment in front of a representative of the company you received them from. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report with the cargo company. Please remember that after the product is received, you accept that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty fully.

If AS KARE cannot deliver the ordered product for any reason, AS KARE agrees to replace the product with another product with the same or better features or refund the price to the user, depending on the user's preference.
